Crazy about quesabirria
Birria Bros started with one obsession: getting quesabirria right. We're a small LA crew that fell hard for Tijuana-style birria — beef braised low and slow in dried chiles, crisped on the plancha with melty cheese, and served with a cup of rich consomé to dip — and we set out to do it justice, one corner at a time.
We take the food seriously and ourselves a lot less. We braise overnight, press our own tortillas, and ladle consomé like it's free — because watching that first dip is the whole point.
